When we pick up our story today we find Noah so inebriated that he has undressed himself and passed out in his tent. No flattery is given to the man who has been recognized as a righteous man and the agent of salvation. This, and the subsequent words of the chapter, point us to the continuing story of the Lord's redemption. |
